What does "Spencer" mean ... "how did we win it, without him" ?

Did anyone happen to notice that Rocky & Ann are wearing matching Tee Shirts. Those Rhinebeck 2000 - Spring Dustoff Tee Shirts, were designed by Joe & Alice Doyle's daughter Mary. It's 2004 and they still look nice and crisp. Joe you & Alice may have missed the picnic this year, but you were well represented. You don't think that maybe, thats why they won the Mystery Tour ?
